A&M Auto got me into the car I've always wanted. It was in excellent condition and I love the way they were willing to help get me financed. When I ran into a small problem I brought the car back and immediately they got it fixed and I was back on the road. Great business and honest and reliable family. I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did). They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked. Only met Ryan briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy. No plans to buy cars anywhere else currently.

I never do this-but after I purchased my 2012 M-B from A & M I felt compelled to write a note about them, and the guys who work there. A sincere thanks to both Al & Roger. Both Al & Roger are top-notch dudes who follow-through on what they say they are going to do. I am grateful for their help not only with the purchase and financing but with walking a life-long Chevy guy through how to operate and maintain a high-end Benz. They always answer the phone and if they are busy will call you back if you have a question. These guys are legit-totally forthright and no BS. I have ever been treated better by ANY automobile agency or dealership. I am going to make my next automobile purchase from A & M.
