I was looking for a good car with easy maintenance, good gas mileage, and longevity all at a great price. I found it at A&M Auto. Nice people to do business with. Had a lot of questions about the car and especially about the numbers. Al answered all without talking down to me. I especially appreciate not being taken advantage of because I am a woman. A&M Auto got me into the car I've always wanted. It was in excellent condition and I love the way they were willing to help get me financed. When I ran into a small problem I brought the car back and immediately they got it fixed and I was back on the road. Great business and honest and reliable family. I have already referred people to A&M auto and I will continue to do so.

The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.
