I purchased my Toyota from Al in 2011. I love my rav4. The value I received on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle A&M will be the first place I go. I know That if A&M does not have the vehicle I am looking for they will find it at an excellent price and in excellent condition. Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did). They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked. Only met Ryan briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy. No plans to buy cars anywhere else currently.
