I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. However, we wanted to compare at other local dealerships and we did; but we returned to A&M because they offered the best service, attitude, price and quality of vehicle. My wife and I were in the market for a quality used car. We’ve bought cars from the huge dealers in the past and we were already dreading the stress and pressure of haggling and dealing with different salespersons, supervisors and managers. So we thought we would try a smaller dealer in the area to see what happens. We didn’t want to spend too much money and didn’t want to pay new car prices. We thought it would be impossible to find a good dependable used car that would stay inside our budget. The first place we looked was A & M Auto. We told Al (Owner/Broker) what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. That’s all we had to say. Al showed us a few different cars that fit our requirements and didn’t pressure us into spending more. In fact, Al lowered the price of another car down to our budget, and that’s the car we liked the best. We didn’t want to buy a car at the first place we looked at, so we left to check the competition. We spent countless hours comparing six other car dealers in the area. We told all the other salespersons what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. Then the stress and pressure for us to spend more began. The truth is that the comparable car we found at A & M Auto was thousands more at the other dealers. Needless to say, we went straight back to A & M Auto. Our advice is to stay away from those dealers that have layers and layers of receptionists, salespersons, supervisors, managers, executives, cost-wasting overhead, etc… All those layers of employees end up increasing the price of your car. I was greeted with excellent service as soon as I stepped on the lot. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and they had just bought one at auction a few days before. It was a Tornado Red 2007 VW Rabbit. Dealer said that I could have it but he needed a couple of days to detail and paint the bumper and also a bit of touch up. He threw in 2 brand new tires and did service on the car before I took it home. Very accommodating, warm, and honest. Family owned and operated and they hold themselves to high standards. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend friends.

I purchased my Toyota from Al in 2011. I love my rav4. The value I received on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle A&M will be the first place I go. I know That if A&M does not have the vehicle I am looking for they will find it at an excellent price and in excellent condition. I highly recommend doing business with this company, I give them a 5 star.

I can't say enough good things about the car buying experience. I work A LOT and have crazy hours, I emailed the guys here at A&M Auto about a car I was interested in and I got an email the next day about setting up an appointment to see it. Well the appointment came and went and I didn't have time to go. Flash forward 3 weeks later and my husband and I decide to stop by just in case the car was still there, it was however it was being test driven at the time. We spoke to Roger about what type of car we were looking for and surprisingly he pointed us in the direction of another car that I LOVE! Initially we were going to get a Jeep but when we saw the Hyundai and the room/ features it offered we were sold. I would have never even thought about getting a Hyundai over a jeep until I spoke with Roger. He really understood what we were looking for and made the whole process so easy. He even got me a better financing rate than USAA and that is saying a lot! I have had my car two months now and I could not be happier, she runs amazing, is great on gas, has awesome features and she's all mine thanks to the guys at A&M. Wonderful service really, when it is time for my husband to buy a car we are definitely coming back!
