Generally I dread walking into a dealership because feel like I get pounced on by salesmen that try to talk you into anything. Two of my co-workers recommended A & M. Al was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. I left and checked some other dealerships but I came back and bought a 2011 Kia Soul. They were also able to help me sell my car as well. My wife and I were looking for a Ford Fusion. We searched on the internet and looked at cars in California, Oregon and Washington. Al and Roger at A & M Auto had the best car at the best price with excellent service. Driving to Fresno was well worth it! We love our Ford Fusion and plan to buy all our vehicles at A & M Auto.

I was looking for a good car with easy maintenance, good gas mileage, and longevity all at a great price. I found it at A&M Auto. Nice people to do business with. Had a lot of questions about the car and especially about the numbers. Al answered all without talking down to me. I especially appreciate not being taken advantage of because I am a woman. The staff at A & M Auto was very courteous, friendly & respectful. There were no high pressure sales people and I was allowed to focus specifically on the car I had come to see. Once I made up my mind, the sales staff did everything they could to get me the financing I needed and the deal was done in just a few hours. All in all, it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had.
