I never do this-but after I purchased my 2012 M-B from A & M I felt compelled to write a note about them, and the guys who work there. A sincere thanks to both Al & Roger. Both Al & Roger are top-notch dudes who follow-through on what they say they are going to do. I am grateful for their help not only with the purchase and financing but with walking a life-long Chevy guy through how to operate and maintain a high-end Benz. They always answer the phone and if they are busy will call you back if you have a question. These guys are legit-totally forthright and no BS. I purchased my Toyota from Al in 2011. I love my rav4. The value I received on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle A&M will be the first place I go. There is no TO man to insult your intelligences. The owners and their son Rodger are just real nice folks and a pleasure to do business with.
Before I went shopping for a car, I did a lot of research so I recognized the fact that the car was priced right.Roger gave me a good price with out a lot of haggling. I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. However, we wanted to compare at other local dealerships and we did; but we returned to A&M because they offered the best service, attitude, price and quality of vehicle. We were greeted by the very friendly, no hassle staff of A&M, the vehicles they offered were very clean and taken care of, we purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Impala and we are very happy with the price and quality of the vehicle.
