Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). If you are in the market run to A & M Auto, no matter the distance. Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did). They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked. Only met Ryan briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy. No plans to buy cars anywhere else currently.

I was greeted with excellent service as soon as I stepped on the lot. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and they had just bought one at auction a few days before. It was a Tornado Red 2007 VW Rabbit. Dealer said that I could have it but he needed a couple of days to detail and paint the bumper and also a bit of touch up. He threw in 2 brand new tires and did service on the car before I took it home. Very accommodating, warm, and honest. Family owned and operated and they hold themselves to high standards. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend friends.
