I was greeted with excellent service as soon as I stepped on the lot. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and they had just bought one at auction a few days before. It was a Tornado Red 2007 VW Rabbit. Dealer said that I could have it but he needed a couple of days to detail and paint the bumper and also a bit of touch up. He threw in 2 brand new tires and did service on the car before I took it home. Very accommodating, warm, and honest. Family owned and operated and they hold themselves to high standards. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend friends.

Generally I dread walking into a dealership because feel like I get pounced on by salesmen that try to talk you into anything. Two of my co-workers recommended A & M. Al was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. I left and checked some other dealerships but I came back and bought a 2011 Kia Soul. They were also able to help me sell my car as well. I appreciate the great service from Al & Roger.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did). They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked. Only met Ryan briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy. No plans to buy cars anywhere else currently.

The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, both new and used, 3 in the last year 1/2. Buying the Mustang from A&M Autos was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. There is no TO man to insult your intelligences. The owners and their son Rodger are just real nice folks and a pleasure to do business with.
Before I went shopping for a car, I did a lot of research so I recognized the fact that the car was priced right.Roger gave me a good price with out a lot of haggling. I wrote him a check and drove off with a very nice Mustang. The next time you are in the market for a used vehicle, check with A&M Auto first. No they did not pay me to right this testimonial. The staff at A & M Auto was very courteous, friendly & respectful. There were no high pressure sales people and I was allowed to focus specifically on the car I had come to see. Once I made up my mind, the sales staff did everything they could to get me the financing I needed and the deal was done in just a few hours. All in all, it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had.
