My wife and I were looking for a Ford Fusion. We searched on the internet and looked at cars in California, Oregon and Washington. Al and Roger at A & M Auto had the best car at the best price with excellent service. Driving to Fresno was well worth it! We love our Ford Fusion and plan to buy all our vehicles at A & M Auto.

I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.

This was the smoothest transaction I've experienced since I started buying cars 38 years ago. Financing was great I only had to sit back and sign on the dotted line. My wife and I were in the market for a quality used car. We’ve bought cars from the huge dealers in the past and we were already dreading the stress and pressure of haggling and dealing with different salespersons, supervisors and managers. So we thought we would try a smaller dealer in the area to see what happens. We didn’t want to spend too much money and didn’t want to pay new car prices. We thought it would be impossible to find a good dependable used car that would stay inside our budget. The first place we looked was A & M Auto. We told Al (Owner/Broker) what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. That’s all we had to say. Al showed us a few different cars that fit our requirements and didn’t pressure us into spending more. In fact, Al lowered the price of another car down to our budget, and that’s the car we liked the best. We didn’t want to buy a car at the first place we looked at, so we left to check the competition. We spent countless hours comparing six other car dealers in the area. We told all the other salespersons what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. Then the stress and pressure for us to spend more began. The truth is that the comparable car we found at A & M Auto was thousands more at the other dealers. Needless to say, we went straight back to A & M Auto. Our advice is to stay away from those dealers that have layers and layers of receptionists, salespersons, supervisors, managers, executives, cost-wasting overhead, etc… All those layers of employees end up increasing the price of your car. I purchased a 2006 dodge Durango my credit score was horrible and Mr. AL and his staff went over and beyond to make sure I was financed. . I had to go home and cry cause I was at my end... someone actually gave me a second chance. .. His words were "IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY"... I WILL ALWAYS BE IN HIS DEBT....

We were greeted by the very friendly, no hassle staff of A&M, the vehicles they offered were very clean and taken care of, we purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Impala and we are very happy with the price and quality of the vehicle. Of all the dealer experiences I have had this was the easiest and friendliest place I have been, will definitely be returning on my next vehicle purchase thank you guys!!!!!
